Patrick McCarthy | President and Founder
Starting with an old truck, Pat began to haul debris from construction sites and frequently donated or reused these materials. This led to a contractor asking, “While you’re here, can you take down this garage for me.” Of course, the answer was yes, and the company slowly changed its focus from hauling to deconstruction. So with almost forty years of experience, he has trained his crew to be environmentally conscious while being effective and doing the job safely.
Marianne McCarthy | Secretary/Treasurer and Office Manager
Although retired, Marianne still answers the office phone and assists both Pat and Eric with her years of experience running the office. For office or billing questions,
Eric Barry | Vice President of Operations
With over 10 years experience in the demolition deconstruction industry Eric is responsible for supervising crews responsible for complete or partial demolition and or deconstruction of commercial and residential projects. He manages all phases of project details including recycle/reuse programs, on-site safety instruction and compliance, and handles the department of quality control. With his skills he has a proven track record of completing difficult projects on schedule and on tight budgets. He is part owner and has also taken on several administrative duties.
