Community Resources

Since we are an environmentally friendly company, we have to have somewhere to take all of the materials that can be recycled or reused.  Here are the organizations we work with.

new tagline blue vectorEco-Cycle is one of the largest non-profit recyclers in the USA and has an international reputation as a pioneer and innovator in resource conservation. We were created 36 years ago by everyday residents who had a passionate belief in conserving our natural resources. These volunteers brought recycling to town in 1976, making Boulder one of the first 20 communities in the U.S. to offer curbside recycling. We continue to be driven by these same passions and innovative actions.

Habitat for Humanity
Habitat For Humanity 2Established in 1988, Habitat for Humanity of the St. Vrain Valley is the local affiliate of Habitat for Humanity International and is in full agreement with that organization’s Foundational Principles. HFHSVV is dedicated to providing simple, decent, affordable housing for low-income families in the towns of Longmont, Dacono, Frederick, Firestone, Mead, Niwot, Lyons and Erie.

ReStore 2ReStore, which is part of Habitat for Humanity, recycles overstocked, new, used, discontinued and salvageable building materials donated by manufacturers, stores, contractors and individuals. These donated items are resold to the general public for their building projects. The proceeds help to finance the building of more homes in the St. Vrain Valley.
